Special Events will be offered throughout the year at different price points, they are not included in Class Pass Packages.


Fitness

Solo Flow offers a variety of fitness classes that focus on improving overall health and daily performance through increasing strength, endurance, mobility, and cardiovascular health. Our classes help build energy, resilience, and confidence in everyday life. Class pass packages are available for these regularly scheduled classes.

Meditation is the heart of Solo Flow. It is the practice of calming the mind, focusing attention, and cultivating awareness. It reduces stress, enhances emotional well-being, and fosters greater clarity and presence. Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a Chinese mind-body exercise, often referred to as "meditation in motion". Tai Chi involves slow, fluid movements, deep breathing, and meditative focus to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Throughout the year, we host a curated variety of trainings and workshops designed to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge, and strengthen your connection - to your body, your breath, and your community. From specialty movement intensives and mindfulness immersions to teacher development trainings, each offering is intentionally selected to elevate your experience inside and outside the studio. We welcome a rotating lineup of passionate, highly skilled facilitators (both local and visiting) that bring fresh perspective, diverse expertise, and new energy into our space. This allows Solo Flow to stay dynamic, inspired, and ever-evolving.
